- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
2. Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract until the dough just comes together.
3. Roll & Fill the Dough
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll the dough into a 12×9-inch rectangle.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cinnamon sugar layer.
4. Roll & Cut
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long edge.
- Cut into 12 even slices and place each slice into a greased muffin cup.
5. Bake
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before adding the glaze.
6. Make the Glaze & Drizzle
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
