  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped rhubarb.

4. Assemble the Crunch

  • Pour the rhubarb mixture over the bottom crumble layer.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumble topping evenly over the rhubarb filling.

5. Bake & Serve

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crisp.
